China Mobile, like many Chinese companies, forget to consider trademarks or IP, hence the many KIRF products from that side of the world. They will also have to contend with Apple who are not keen on any device with a letter before the word 'phone'.

Re: Android-ready Lenovo Ophone looks better than both the G1 and the iPhone

@Ed
Nothing wrong there, Taiwan is also known as the Republic of CHINA

I honestly don't see whats so interesting that a British company has trademarked the term 'OPhone'. Sure, they might have trademarked it, but trademarks are limited to geographical regions if I'm not mistaken? A British company is going to have a hard time suing Lenovo on using the term 'OPhone', especially when they don't have a local presence in China, where the term is being used.

Re: Android-ready Lenovo Ophone looks better than both the G1 and the iPhone

Yeah, sorry for that, I was thinking about Acer, which is indeed based in Taiwan.

I've corrected the article, thanks for the comment :)

Re: Android-ready Lenovo Ophone looks better than both the G1 and the iPhone

Hello!!!
