Ha you guys to be honest... I had the same problem, and I'm not recommending anyone to do it but it did work for me.. I just picked up my mom hair scrunchie and gently put it in the hole of my speakers and gently push up or down and if u have the same problem that was wrong with mines then u should here the music playing and then gently pull it out and see if it stays on/ If not repeat until u ready to give up or until it breaks...Lol

OMG I already have this speaker problem and i bought it in Hong Kong!!!! I have to pay them to get it fixed in Australia!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! This is sooooooooo unfair!!!!!!!!!!!!

i got 5 nokias and i immdelty replaced all speakers and updted version of 20.0 now all well and nokia knew this after svrl complaints and send the corrected hard ware
so nothing to worry

Hello, very usefull note, because I'm about to buy this phone. What do i have to do to know the date the phone was made, is there any written code or serial number or anything about this in the phone itself, that give us its date of production. Please I need your help because I love this phone. Thanks
