Why did they even bother? resistive touch and its being launched in the US? It would make more sense for Asian markets. Whats with the lack of 3G, seems like the android Authority are accepting any body who walks through the door. Clearly this will not be branded as a Google phone. 5mp is cool, but will soon be ubiquitous with most new smart phones post June 2009

Who knows when they're really going to release this phone if ever. All I get from them when I attempt to request a pre-order of the phone (which it is now July 1st) is the following generic response. I have made several inquiries, never do they address what I say in the email they always reply with the same copy n paste response. urgggrrr! Has ANYONE got ANYWHERE with them???
