I'am totally agree with you, a lot of clone already exists. I made a post in French about this news in which you will find a link to another post for the list of the J10IL clones I identified mainly in Europe :
Now, ECS J10IL with built-in mobile broadband modems is a good news !

ECS G10IL (with built-in mobile broadband modems) is available in France as Airis 10160 and as Advent 4213 for 369€ these days, as Airis Kira 750 in Spain.
