hi there i have got this fone had it for about a month now and the only problem i have with it is everywhere it says that is has IM and i cant find it. can anyone help me with this ?? other than that i think its a fab fone, i know alot of people have said they have problems ith the back moving and swuitching the fone off, i solved this prob by putting a little bit of tinfoil under the right hand side where the back fits and it holds it snug, unfortunately not the best idea from LG putting a plastic back on a fone :)

maybe you cant because the video you received is a different file type. you can play 3gp or mp4.

omg ! thats whats been happening to me ! the phone is always freezing and then turning off. its a good thing i still have the warranty because the phone needs returning !!

From what i can see from the reviews, many people are mixed.
I personally haven't bought this phone, but im looking at it...

Is there anything i need to know before buying it?

I've seen that it freezes abit, most phones will do as mine does..

Your network you are on must be down/or even abit rubbish...
Contact whoever provides your network and see if there is anything they can do.
It will work properly surely. =)

In response i think the video is of a higher camera MP ... It happens with my phone, you need to connect it up with your computer/laptop and watch it off there.

can someone help. i receive texts from people several hours after they were sent to me. my phone shows me the actual time they were sent but i'm getting them 3 hours after. is there anything i can do?

iv got my memory card in this lg ph and every time i click on the music images etc on the ph my ph will just restart auto :( verryy bad...!!!

It has 2 mp camera with all the other required features... value for money.. Only thing missing is the wifi ... which can be compromised for such a price.... can be brought at 7 k only..

I had one of these phones, i bought it on saturday and took it back after 4 days.
It froze slightly when sending a text, got abit confused.
The menu would go, so you would just get a red box around the different sections(did this 3 times for me)
Couldnt edit silent mode
Besides that it was a good phone, but i took mine back, told them of the problems and was told it was a software problem, need to do a hard reset, which i had done before and i still got the problems.
So i switched it for the LG GW520, which is so far a better phone, different to use but im sure when i get used to it, 10000 times better.
For the price it isnt bad, and texting/emailing or going on the internet on it was fine, the software on it is just crap!
