I love this phone, even tho mine's a European model. As such, I had to jump thru a few hoops, just to be able to even receive picture messages, and I still can't send/forward any picture messages, that's not all that important to me. Phone is very easy to navigate thru. The MP3 sound quality is great, and allows for two headphones. One, with the standard mini-jack, and the other with the supplied headphone adapter (also used for hands-free talking, with the built-in mic in the lapel clip). Or, use the external speaker, for either the music or your calls.
The only complaint I have about it, besides being a difficult-to-setup-euopean model, is the camera mode. It's slow to load the camera function, and slow to save the picture. Action shots? Forget about it. By the time you take the picture, 2-3 seconds have passed before it gets to memory, and either the subject is missing from the frame, or a blurry mess. And some of the pictures taken outdoors tend to bleed out. Some reds appear a dark pink, etc
Since my life doesn't revolve around my phone - other than realizing I need a qwerty keypad for my texting - I love this phone
