Would you please tell all about LG KU 990 TO ACSESS TO internet couz i cant acces to internet .

I hava a LG KU990 and was originaly sold in Tesco and the network was O2 .however i bought it from the shop £120 afew months ago ,since then i have very hard to somehow get the internet on my mobile ,but no luck. I call vodafon couz i was using it for 8 years ,and asked them to send configuration seting so ican changed to vodafon internet ,again no luck ( although i can go to face book or yahoo or google ,but then icant for example see the subject in my internet like i go to face book and click to wach the movi clip or watch on you tube ,NOLUCK always screen comes up with EXITING OR NO ALLOW .
wOULD YOU PLEASE HELP ME IN THIS MATTER ?
Now i switched to orijinal network O2 ,but still with new setting no LUCK ,THE SAME AS BEFOR .

@ jimyshe in answer to your ? you will not be able to use full internet as the phone browser is set @ default/settings via either o2/or vodafone, if its o2 contact o2,on 4445 on your hand set i think its option 3 spk to the settings dept customer/service's they will send you the settings via a txt always save when it asks you, also make sure you get settings from o2 for your mms/email not just connection browser settings, once your settings are installed you should have 3 lots of settings ,turn off your phone wait for 2 a couple of mins turn back on then this will /should work, for you, it did for me and i'm more than happy with my phone hope that helps you regards best wishes Stewart & lots of happy surfing ect ect
