this phone is appalling...so complicated and slow to do anything, scrolling through pictures is a tedious business and my screen has failed already after 3 months, when someone rings, it forgets to light up the display meaning there is no way of knowing who is phoning without answering it...the only way to get the screen back on after this is to turn the phone off and back on again!

I just experienced the same problem and my phone's not even a month old:-( What did you do about it?? I called the shop and they said that they would send it to be repaired, but that means that I have to wait 2-3 weeks...It's probably some software error that can be dealt with easily, so I'm not ready to give it up without a fight...

i think that all of you are lieing because i have had the phone for a good few months and have had no problem with it... so i think that you should just stop lieing and go home. thank you!

oh and by u fighting and making things up will not solve anything!!!
