No wonder they are dying a not-so-slow death.  Two or three years ago their OS was awesome and their form factors sleek and cool.  These days they use the EXACT SAME OS and Form Factors while everyone else has leapfrogged them into touch screens, QWERTY boards, and trackballs/optical mice. Just loved the W595 that I played with last year.
