You are misinforming! Not only is your date "end of 09" wrong, here is another thing.

Portland already has 4G WiMax service since December of 08. It was rolled out by "Clear" ISP.

Clear is 40% owned by Sprint, and Sprint will be using Clear's infrastructure to roll out its hybrid 3g/4g devices. C
